Established in 2015, The Indian Institute of Art and Design is a design institute located in New Delhi. The institute has a partnership with the prestigious art and design college in London which is Kingston School Of Arts, London. This partnership with Kingston School Of Arts helps the students to attain a globally recognized degree from Kingston University, London. This prestigious university of London is ranked as the best design school in the UK according to the Guardian League Tables 2020.


Because of its partnership with Kingston School Of Arts, the aspiring students can get themselves transferred to other universities abroad either in the penultimate or the final year of their courses.


The main mission of IIAD is to bridge and build gaps and bridges between design and society and motivate their individuals to find their true purpose.

The programs offered in IIAD and their courses

There are three programs offered in IIAD each having different courses all of them are listed below:


  1. B.A.

This program is offered for a period of four years with a total fee of Rs.20.5L. In order to get admitted the students are required to give an entrance exam which is known as the IIAD entrance exam.

The admission process and the eligibility criteria

In order to get admitted there is a certain admission process to be followed. Admission forms are available both offline and online. 


In order to apply for the admission form online, the following steps are to be followed given as under

  1. Visit the official website of the institute which is http://www.iiad.edu.in/

  2. Find the application form there in the website and fill in the correct details plus pay Rs.2,500 as the application fee.

  3. After you have submitted the application form you will be receiving an email with all the relevant forms and details.


For offline admission, candidates need to follow the given steps:

  1. Visit the IIAD campus and collect the form.

  2. Fill it up and then submit it with all the relevant documents to the admission office.

  3. Pay Rs.2,500 for the admission form.

  • Class 10-12 mark sheet

  • Class 10-12 passing certificate

  • Graduation pass certificate

  • Identity proof

  • Photographs

  • Migration certificate

  • Transfer certificate
