CUCET EXAM
CUCET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) is conducted for admission to Undergraduate/Integrated(UI) programmes and Postgraduate (PG) programmes for 12 central universities.

Admission to these central universities is done after the declaration of CUCET results by NTA. The respective central universities declare their counseling schedule and merit list based on their respective criteria for their respective programmes.

CUCET EXAM Eligibility criterion
For Undergraduate/ Integrated (UI) courses, in the general category minimum of 50% is required in 12th std and for SC/ST minimum of 45% is required.
Subjects required for Undergraduate/ Integrated courses (UI) are physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology.
For Postgraduate courses(PG), in the general category minimum of 55% is required in undergraduate courses and for SC/ST minimum of 50% is required.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s in the same field Or any associated field of the course for postgraduate courses (PG).
CUCET EXAM Pattern
The CUCET EXAM will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode.
The pattern of question paper will consist of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
Each question would carry four marks for the correct answer. As there is a negative marking, one mark would be deducted for every wrong answer. The marking scheme of the CUCET EXAM Paper is given below in the table.

The medium of CUCET EXAM will be in English.
The duration of the exam is 120 minutes (2 hours).

Courses available under CUCET EXAM 2022 include Undergraduate/Integrated, Postgraduate, Diploma and PhD.programs.
In undergraduate/Integrated courses there are a total of 47 courses which includes Integrated M.Tech, Integrated B.Sc.B.Ed, Integrated B.Sc.B.Ed. In PG and Integrated courses, 226 courses are offered across different central universities participating in CUCET EXAM. These courses are Master of Law (L.L.M) , M.A., M.ed., MBA, M.Com, Statistics, Mathematics, M. Arch. (Sustainable Architecture), Geography, Physics.
Application Fee
Online application fees for CUCET EXAM can be paid at the time of registration through Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking/ UPI.
CUCET EXAM Fees for the general/ OBC/ EWS category is ₹800 plus GST, if applicable.
For SC/ST CUCET EXAM fees is ₹350 plus GST, if applicable.
PwD is exempted from the application fee.
