CUET Exam

The National Testing Agency released the CUET 2022 syllabus for the candidates appearing for the national level entrance test of CUET. Candidates who wish to take the CUET (UG) 2022 should prepare from the Class 12th NCERT syllabus. Aspirants will be able to get a better understanding of the important topics to crack the entrance exam.

About the CUET Exam, 2022 Accountancy (301) Exam

The Accountancy (301) exam of class 12 includes subtopics like Accounting for Not-for-Profit Organisations and Partnership Firms, Company Accounts and Financial Statement Analysis, and Computerized Accounting System. The Question Paper will have 50 questions out of which 40 questions need to be attempted. All the questions will be related to these topics.

Unit 5: Share and Debenture Capital Accounting

  • Share Capital: Meaning, Nature, and Types.

  • Accounting for Share Capital.

  • Forfeiture of Shares.

  • Issue of Debenture.

 

Unit 6: Analysis of Financial Statements

  • Financial Statements of a Company

  • Financial Analysis: Meaning, Significance, Purpose, Limitations.

  • Tools for Financial Analysis.

  • Accounting Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Current ratio, Liquidity ratio. Solvency Ratio, Proprietary ratio, and Activity Ratio.
