Process of Admission to IGNOU

Assignment, Exam Form, and Result/Grade Card (IGNOU)

Exam fees of INR 200/- (per course) can be paid online using Netbanking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

After paying the price, students must wait for the recognition status. Candidates are recommended to wait 72 hours for an updated status if there is a delay in acknowledgment.

Exam Center for IGNOU

For all students taking the mid-term exams, IGNOU publishes a list of exam centers on its official website. Exam centers will be assigned to students based on their preferences, where they will take tests for all courses.

IGNOU conducts the Term End Examination twice a year, once in June and again in December. With thousands of students enrolled in IGNOU, having enough exam centers in every corner of the country is critical. The IGNOU Exam Center List indicates that the University has established around 653 exam centers across the country.

 

After submitting the examination form through an online portal, a change in Exam Center will be effective within 5 days. Students can use that portal to submit their requests. After then, no requests for exam center changes will be considered.
