IIT Kanpur has introduced an E-Masters course on Quantitative Finance and Risk Management. It will be an online course with ten modules that includes credit risk management, big data analysis, treasury, complex derivatives, and fundamentals of economics. This course will also teach about blockchain technology and machine learning. IIT Kanpur e-master’s degree was specially made for finance enthusiasts, trading professionals, and commodity market specialists to help them manage risks in business and teach them the nitty-gritty of finance.
Students can work on 4 projects (at max) for some experience and skills in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management. They need to complete this degree in either 1 or 3 years.

Quantitative Finance and Risk Management Course Eligibility
A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in any relevant disciplines (Science, Economics, Engineering, CA, MBA, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
Students need to be working professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience to be eligible for this course.
Professionals with work experience in relevant fields will be given more preference.
