The Japanese Government provided an opportunity to international students by introducing the MEXT Scholarship 2023. It has been revealed that UG students can apply for MEXT Scholarship 2023 on the Japanese Embassy’s official website.
As part of this scheme, Students have a chance to choose various degrees. Students do have not to worry about their financial crisis. The Japanese Government will make up for all the expenses who got selected for MEXT Scholarship including their travel payments.
MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship 2023 for UG Students
MEXT Japanese Scholarship 2023 is a fully-funded scholarship for students of various countries. For the 2023-24 academic term, Monbukagakusho MEXT Scholarships will offer 10,000 scholarships. It offers all programs at Japanese universities.
Knowledge about the Japanese language is not required. Attending IELTS/TOEFL is not obligatory for the MEXT Japan Scholarship. The duration of the MEXT Scholarship for UG students is 4-5 years. The scholarship period for postgraduate students is 2-3 years and for Ph.D. students is 3-4 years.
Qualification Demand for MEXT Scholarship 2023
Applicants must meet all of the requirements mentioned below to get qualified for MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship 2023.
Candidates must have the nationality of another country that is not related to Japan.
To consider, an applicant must be born either on or after April 2, 1988.
Candidates who completed 16 years of school education can apply for Master’s Courses.
Applicants who completed 18 years of school education can apply for Doctoral Studies.
Candidates must be open to learning Japanese.
Japanese Govt Scholarship 2023 (MEXT) – Guidelines to Apply
The last date of applying MEXT Scholarship for UG will end on 20th May 2022 before 4 pm. Follow the instructions to apply for the Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship 2023.
Go to the index page of the Japan Embassy website.
Select the website of the Japanese Embassy in your country. MEXT scholarship is listed under the Education / Scholarship tab.
Download and fill out the MEXT scholarship application form.
You must present the required documents to the Japanese Embassy in your country.
Applicants should take a written test administered by the Japanese Embassy.
Then, Candidates will undergo the interview process.
Selected candidates will be notified through email or on the Japanese Embassy’s website.
