About:
The standardized test Management Aptitude Test is conducted to help Business Schools to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes. MAT has been administered since 1988 and recognized as a national level test in 2003 by the Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD. It is the largest test of its kind in the nation and will continue to be the passport to enter over 600 B-Schools across India.

Eligibility:
Candidates with a graduation degree in any discipline.
Candidates in their final year of graduate courses can also apply.
Note: There is no age limit to appear for MAT.

How to Apply?
Eligible candidates have to register themselves on the AIMA portal.
Fill in the required credentials on the page.
Click on submit and proceed for payment.
Complete the application by paying the fee through Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card/ Debit Card, and Paytm Wallet.

For Admit card:
The registered candidates can download their admit card by following the given steps:
Open the official website.
Click on Downloads/View.
From the dropdown menu, select the option ‘Admit Card’.
Fill in the required credentials and download your admit card.
For Results:
The result for all the modes of MAT is declared on the same day. The candidate who gave the test can check the results by:
Visiting the official website.
Then click on ‘Download/View’.
From the dropdown list, select ‘ MAT Result’.
Select the month in which you gave the exam.
Fill in the Roll number along with the Registration number.
After submitting, your scorecard will be viewed on the screen.
MAT preparation:
Start your preparation as soon as you think of giving the MAT as it takes at least 6 months to prepare for it. Some extra tips are:

Solve previous year’s question papers and sample papers to increase your speed.
