All About NATA
Council of Architecture (CoA) is constituted by the Government of India under the provisions of the Architects Act, 1972 which came into effect on 1 September 1972. CoA has been conducting the NATA exam since 2006. NATA exam is conducted for the admission to 5 years B.arch and B.planning programmes. The NATA ensures that the eligibility criteria for admission, as prescribed by CoA and duly approved by the Central Government, are strictly adhered to and followed all over the country in Architectural Institutions. 423 institutions are governed by the Council of Architecture (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education Regulations, 1983).
NATA Exam Information 2022
Soon the notification for NATA 2022 will be released on www.nata.in. The NATA exam usually was conducted two times a year but due to pandemic situations and travel restrictions, the council considered a third test as well for 2021-2022 onwards. The maximum number of attempts is two for the NATA exam for each candidate.
NATA Exam Date
The NATA EXAM will be conducted in one session on the date of the test except for the third test. For more information visit www.nata.in

Outline of Test
The NATA exam comprises questions that could be multiple-choice questions (MCQ), multiple select questions (MSQ), preferential Choice questions (PCQ), numerical answer questions (NAQ) or match the following question (MFQ).
The question carries 1 mark, 2 mark, or 3 mark and 125 questions have to be answered in 180 minutes.
The medium of the test is English.
NATA Exam 2022 Eligibility Criterion
Aspirants who have completed or appeared in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics or 10+3 diploma with mathematics can appear for the NATA exam 2022.

The mode of application is online which can be filled on NATA Portal www.nata.in.
The application form is divided into three steps:
Personal details
Image upload: Recent passport size photo in colour. The size can be between 4kb-100kb and signature in jpg/jpeg format between 1kb to 30kb.
Fee payment: The mode of payment is online and the fees payable for the application are mentioned below.

Result and Validity of NATA Exam
Candidates can check their results through the website www.nata.in.
The result will display the marks obtained out of 200 and whether the candidate is qualified or not will be mentioned.
NATA 2022 score is only valid for admission to the academic year 2022-2023.
