Seven NITs have unveiled their Ph.D. programs. Enrollment in the July 2022 PG Admissions is open now. The total number of Ph.D. seats with institute fellowships is projected to exceed 1,000.

NIT Jalandhar – Institutional Fellowships
National Institue of Technology Jalandhar is known as Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar pronounced Ph.D admissions for both part-time and full-time.
NIT allocated 155 Seats for Institutional fellowship out of 362 Seats.
Research Candidates who apply full-time will be qualified for Institutional Fellowship Scholarship.
Candidates can apply for Ph.D. Admission in four ways: Part-time (Institute), Full-time (Full Time) with Institute Fellowship, Part-Time (Under Project) and JRF/DST/Inspire Fellowship.
The deadline for application submissions is on May 18, 2022.
Candidates should pay their application fee (Rs.1000/- General & Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Candidates should complete their payments online.
NIT Bhopal – Teaching Assistantship
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, is an institute of National Importance that offers Ph.D Programs for the academic year 2022-2023.
NIT allocated 150 Seats with Teaching assistantships for Full-time Research Candidates.
Candidates can apply for Ph.D. programs in the following ways: Sponsored Full-time, Full-time, JRF/Project Associates, and Internal Faculty members.

NIT Surathkal – Institute Fellowship
