History

Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University is a state university in Ferozepur, Punjab. It was before known as Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology. It was founded in 1995 by the Punjab government.The college has NAAC accreditation with a “B’ grade. The SBSSTC Ferozepur campus is 98 acres in size. The campus has a total of 93 faculty members. The mission of the University is to produce quality engineers who can meet the rising industry standards.

The Punjab Government supports the institute, which is registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act 1860. By Punjab Act No. 10 of 2021, it had earned a granted university status and given the name Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University. The university is AICTE-approved, autonomous under the UGC act. And also approved by I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. It uses a semester system of instruction. Each academic year is divided into two semesters. One from July/August to December and one from January to June/July.

B-tech Admission Process

Candidates must take the JEE Main exam and obtain a valid score.

Fill out the SBSSTC Ferozepur application form, which is available on the official website.
Candidates are chosen by the college based on their JEE Main score.
Candidates chosen for admission must attend SBSSTC Ferozepur admission.
Candidates must submit documents and pay course fees in order to be admitted to Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus.

B-Arch Admissions

The eligibility requirements for NATA are:

Candidates who have received a valid NATA score must complete the college’s application form.
Candidates are selected for SBSSTC Ferozepur B.Arch admission based on their NATA scores (50%) and marks obtained in the previous qualifying exam (50%).
Candidates chosen for Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus admission must submit documents and pay course fees in order to be admitted.

M-Tech Admission Process

Eligible candidates must take the GATE exam and obtain a valid score.

Then, candidates must complete the SBSSTC Ferozepur application form.
GATE scores are used to select candidates for M.Tech admission at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus.
The chosen candidates are then required to come to campus.
Complete the M.Tech. admissions process by submitting the necessary documents and paying the programme fees.
