Human capital is the knowledge and skills a person having. Examples of human capital are- Nurse, teachers, doctors, and engineers.  By the knowledge and skills human resources are transformed into human capital. These human capital produce more human capital. So there is a need of investment in human capital for the growth of a country. 

For any organization a person’s knowledge and skills (human capital)are required for growth. These educated persons will help in guiding other people who are not having knowledge.  This will make them a capital asset for the organization. Therefore human resources are need to be trained to acquire knowledge and skills. It will make them human capital, and these human capital will able to produce more human capital. This will be essential for the economic growth of a country.
