Solution:

Option b forms a food chain. This is because grass is eaten by goats, and goat meat is consumed by humans.

Option a not forms a food chain this is because wheat, grass and mango are plants and wheat does not consume grass.

Option c also does not form a food chain because a cow does not eat goat and, in the same way, an elephant does not consume a cow.

Option d also does not form a food chain. This is because the goat is a herbivorous animal and does not consume fish.

Food chain

Food chain from an energy source in our ecosystem. It is a linear chain in which energy transfer occurs from one trophic level to another.Different food chains combine to form a food web.

Producers

In the food chain, producers form the first level of trophic level.Green plants are included in it and they prepare food using sunlight, chlorophyll, carbon dioxide by the process of photosynthesis.

Primary consumers

Primary consumers form the second trophic level in the food chain. It includes herbivores animals like deer, goat, rabbit etc.

Secondary consumers

Secondary consumers depend on primary consumers for their food and they form the third trophic level in the food chain.

Tertiary consumers

Tertiary consumers form the fourth trophic level in the food chain and depend on secondary consumers for food.
