Why does our palm feel cold when we put some acetone or petrol or perfume on it?

Solution:

Acetone, petrol and perfume are volatile substances. Volatile substances are those substances which turns into vapour very easily.

If we put these substances in our palm, it immediately tries to take heat from our palm and evaporates. And since there is a lose of heat from our palm we feel cold.
