“Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.”

13th January 2022, Delhi. On 12th January our school organised a seminar on ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.” The workshop referred to the promotion of the girl child in our country. The slogan “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.” which means save the girl child and educate her, was the main focus of the seminar. Many eminent members of the education community joined the discussion. The meeting helped spread the awareness of educating a girl child about the hideous act of female feticide. Factors that hinder a girl’s life and education were also examined in detail. Students also participated in the workshop by submitting their writeups, essays and poems to the education department. An influential speech ended by the Head of the Department of Education after an insightful question and answer session that assisted in looking for probable solutions.
The seminar helped to circulate an understanding among the students on the particular topic and proved valuable.
