DEMOGRAPHIC CONDITION

Under the colonial rule India is experiencing extreme poverty condition and backwardness. Due to lack of essential commodity mortality rate is very high especially infant mortality although birth rate is also very high. All these because of poor health care system available at that time and continous  water borne and airborne diseases spreading. Low literacy rate available at that time.
