Yes, I agree that today’s schools are more fun than the schools presented in the story. In the story, there is no interaction between the students regarding studies or anything else. Studying and answering questions alone seems to be a boring task. Doing homework without anyone else’s help and writing them in punch code could be so tiresome. Moreover, children develop a greater understanding of each other and their fellow surroundings when they go to school and interact. It’s a healthier way of learning. Hearing their teachers explain the lessons is far more interesting than reading a whole lesson by a mechanical device. Also, children can discuss any issue faced by them in homework or any subject with their teachers or with their classmates. It is impossible to discuss this issue with a mechanical teacher as they can only teach in a certain manner.

The fear and excitement of waiting to know the marks scored by the students in exams or assignments are the greatest while sitting in the classroom with other students. The effect is not the same knowing that marks will be given immediately after submitting the tests and assignments.

In the end, the friends you make at school are the friends that will stay with you for the entire lifetime.  The qualities like obedience, honesty, respect, kindness towards others, taking part in various events and activities are part of school education today. Therefore, schools of today are more fun than the schools shown in the story as they are more interactive and engaging. They promote a healthy environment for the students to learn and grow.
