Arts Club of Ram colony organized various cultural activities to collect funds for the victims’ of Kargil conflict families

Last week, the Indian army defeated the Pakistan army in the Kargil conflict. After hearing India’s victory majority of the people celebrated the victory of India and tears came from the eyes of a few people who lost their family members in the conflict. Prime Minister of India paid respect to the soldiers who lost their lives in the battle and gave assurance to support the family of those soldiers who lost their lives.
The government of India did its part and, as citizens of the India members of Arts club in Ram colony, planned to organize various cultural events to collect funds for the family of those soldiers who lost their lives in the Kargil conflict. It invited everyone to participate in various cultural events by paying entrance fees. Around 500 people booked tickets to watch the cultural events. When the event day came, people paid respect to the soldiers who lost their lives at the start of the function. After those participants staged their performances, the event ended at 4:00 pm.
At the end of the event, the families of those soldiers received the funds. Those families thanked the audience and the event organizers. Even the government of India appreciated the Arts club for organizing the event.
