  • Hormonal control versus Neural control

    • Reach: Nervous tissue does not connect all the body cells but hormones can reach all the cells of the body through the bloodstream.

    • Nature & Pace: Neurons transmit information at a very fast rate through electrical impulses but hormones are chemicals in nature that travel slowly.
