Solution-   two situations where survey methods are used – 

1. For the feedback mechanism at various apps nowadays eg.- amazon and Flipkart. 

2. In schools and colleges nowadays for research purposes and admission purposes. 

3. Because of the pandemic, this form/survey method is widely in use eg – google forms 

Limitations are as follows-  

• People may provide false or socially acceptable answers 

• The researcher can be biased  and can alter the result 

• It can be time-consuming, while there are many types of surveys that are less time-consuming. 

• They lack in conveying the emotions as they are set with limited questions.
