Since, starting from rest, u=0

 t = 3 seconds

a = 2cm/s²  (Given)

Converting cm/s² into m/s²

 2/100m/s² = 0.02 m/s²

[Since, v=u+at]

Substituting the values

v = 0 + (0.02) X 3 

v= 0·06 m/s or 6cm/s
