Founded by an Act of the Central Legislative Assembly in 1922, is a well renowned University of Delhi which is informally termed as Delhi University (DU). Delhi University is India’s largest institution of higher learning and is a part of the largest in the world. The department of Delhi University is divided into two campuses – North campus and South campus. India’s own Vice President serves DU as the university chancellor. The University of Delhi has about 240 courses for undergraduates(UG) and postgraduates(PG) to get admission.
The undergraduate (UG) course intake includes –

APPLICATION :
The application form for admission in all courses is available online. The admission process is held through online mode only. The process of registration is :
- The candidate has to fill the application form first,
- Fill in the required details, like the course one wants to pursue, attained percentage in previous examinations, qualifications, etc.
- Documents required for application are :
- 10thand 12thmark sheets and certificates
- Migration certificate
- Graduation mark sheets
- Transfer certificate
- Category certificate
- Character certificate
- Valid ID proof
- Passport size photographs etc.
- Then upload the required documents, and
- Pay the fees according to the selected college and course.
- The fee can be paid through any online mode. But be clear that the fee will be non-refundable.
The images of the candidate’s photograph and signature that need to be submitted must be scanned in JPG/JPEG format.
After successfully filling the form candidate must print the form and keep it safe for further admission processes.
The original documents or hardcopy of the documents is not required for the students to send.
ELIGIBILITY :

COUNSELING :
- The DU counseling is always held online at the university’s official website.
- Students who appeared for the entrance exam or applied through a merit list can check the information regarding the counseling process on the website.
- Students need to register themselves for being able to attend the counseling session.
- Then fill in the choices.
- Soon you will receive the document verification notification. For the document verification process, one must need original documents at a specific date and time.
- The students need to report to the assigned venue on time carrying the documents and the fees.
- If a candidate fails to present the required documents then they cannot be part of the counseling session.
- Then everyone will be assigned their seats according to the choices they filled in.
- After the seat allotment, everyone should reach the designated college and pay the fee accordingly.
