                                                         NRITTA – A CULTURAL FEST

Nritta, a cultural fest celebrating the joy and happiness of togetherness was organised by the cultural club on the 19th of January, at the School Auditorium. The venue welcomed a thronging crowd of about five hundred people – comprising of friends, family and well-wishers. 

The event commenced with an inaugural speech by the principal, Dr. Abhinav Gupta, which was followed by a concept note given by Dr. Sonali Bindra. The concept of the year was TOGETHER- always and forever, was introduced by the school choir, which comprised of fifty students. Songs like “I can’t help falling in love with you”, “Somewhere we were stars” and “Burn so bright” were brought to the utmost delight of the audience. A dance drama, The Merchant of Venice, was presented by the Drama club and the school dance team- a collaborative effort which left the audience in awe. This was followed by the address of the Vice principal, Ms. Saransha Tiwari, who appreciated the effort put in by every person and lauded their dedication and determination. 

A vote of thanks was proposed by the school Prime Minister Ms, Sanaya Chowbey and fireworks marked the end to a beautiful evening.
